Voltage too low.
The power supply
voltage is too low.
The power supply voltage
must not drop below
102V.
Ensure adequate power
supply voltage.

Power failure.
There has been a brief
loss of power.
Check power supply
cable for loose contacts.
Check wiring and proper
contact of power plug on
MC10 and SAFe.
Rectify any contact
problems as necessary.

No gas pressure.
There is no gas pressure.
(
Section 10.3,
page 61 ff.)
Check that the gas cock is
turned on.
Check that gas pressure is
present.
Check setting of low
pressure switch (available
separately).
Check continuity on SAFe
pressure switch, air
supply pressure switch,
flue gas pressure switch
and high gas pressure
switch (available
separately)
If continuity OK on SAFe,
air supply pressure, flue
gas pressure and high gas
pressure switch
Open the gas valve if
necessary.
Measure gas pressure.
Correct low pressure
switch (available
separately) settings.
If there is no continuity
on SAFe pressure
switch:
• Check whether
manual gas cock
before Venturi is
open.
• Check connector on
gas valve is properly
seated.
• Replace pressure
switch.
If no continuity on
pressure/air supply
pressure/flue gas
pressure/high gas
pressure switch:
Replace pressure switch
concerned.
Replace low gas
pressure switch and
wiring.

Pressure switch in safety
assembly has tripped.
Break in pressure switch
safety sequence during
burner operation.
Check whether low gas
pressure switch
(accessory) is breaking
circuit during operation.
Check if the air intake
switch or flue gas
pressure switch opens
while the boiler is
operating.
Check whether SAFe or
high gas pressure switch
(accessory) is breaking
circuit during operation.
Section 10.3, page 87 ff
Measure the gas
pressure at 100 % boiler
modulation.
Check low gas pressure
switch (available
separately) setting.
Check flue/air supply
pipe for blockages.
