Using BT Select Services

Your Image 350 has the BT Select Services,

Call Return

and 

Call Diversion

pre-programmed

into it ’s 

ONE TOUCH

memory:

To use Call Return

The Call Return facility, which lets you find out
the number of your last caller, is free.

•

To hear who called you last, lift the handset
or press the

button.

•

Press the 

CALL RETURN

button.

•

You will hear an exchange announcement
telling you the telephone number.

•

If the number has been withheld, the
exchange announcement will say:

‘The caller withheld their number’

.

Using callback

During a fax transaction you can request voice
contact by pressing the (TEL) button. This will
prompt the other party to pick up their handset
after the last page has been sent or received. If
they respond to your request your Image 350
will alert you with tones and the display will
show 

LIFT HANDSET

. Lift the handset to speak

to the other party (there may be a short delay
before connection).

If the other party does not respond your Image
350 will instruct their fax machine to print out
your callback number along with a message
requesting a telephone call.

When making a call, if you want to withhold your
own number, dial 141 before you dial the phone
number. You will need to do this even if your
number is ex-directory.
