To dial numbers stored in the directory

When dialling directory numbers, if a
document has already been inserted into
the document feeder your Image 350 will
automatically select stored fax numbers.
If no document has been inserted, your Image
350 will dial stored telephone numbers only.

•

Press the 

DIRECTORY

button; display shows

last name accessed.

•

Use the

and

buttons to move up and

down through directory entries. Entries can
also be found by using the keypad to enter
the first letter of the name you want to find
(eg to find the name JOHN, press the

button once to select the first stored name
beginning with J, then use the

button to

view other stored names beginning with J
until JOHN is shown in the display).

When the required name is shown, lift the
handset and press the 

START

button.

•

The number will be dialled automatically.

To put a pause in the directory

For such services as home banking, you may
need to use the 

PAUSE

function. Storing a

pause is simple. Begin entering a number as
shown previously; where you need to insert a
pause, press the 

PAUSE

button. The display

will show

number as normal.
