Setting the incoming fax size
Your Image 350 is pre-set to reduce incoming
faxes to fit onto a smaller page area. Documents
can however be received normal size.
The available settings are:
AUTO REDUCTION
(default setting)
In this mode faxes are automatically reduced to
97% to allow them to fit onto an A4 sheet of
paper. This slight reduction in size allows
sender ID information to be printed at the top
of each page.
NORMAL
In normal mode, faxes are printed the same
size as they were sent. This means that if the
printed image covers the entire A4 sheet, the
sender ID information will be printed over the
top of the fax.
CUT OVER LENGTH
In this mode if a fax is larger than A4, your
Image 350 will ‘cut’ off and not print the
excess image area.
