You can retrieve a document from another fax
machine in one of two ways. The other fax
machine must be set, ready for polling.
Using FAXBACK
The
FAXBACK
button allows easy access to
polling receive when passwords are not
being used.

Enter the fax number you want poll.
•
Press the
FAXBACK
button.
•
Polling begins automatically.
Polling
This allows your Image 350 to retrieve a
document from another fax machine or
another fax machine to retrieve a document
from your Image 350.
To set up a document to be polled by
another machine
•
Insert the document.
•
Press the
SET UP

If no password is entered (ie the password is

retrieves the document.
The password is used to protect the document
being set up for polling from being intercepted by
another fax machine.
Please note that polling using passwords may not
be possible with some fax machines.
