Setting up
11 Setting the dial mode
Your Image 350 has two dialling modes:
TONE
and
PULSE
, it is pre-set to
TONE
. This will be
the correct setting for all direct lines and most
switchboards, however for some switchboards
it may need to be set to
PULSE
.

buttons to change between
TONE
and
PULSE
.
•
When the setting you require is shown in the
display press the
button to confirm the
new setting.
•
Press the
STOP
button four times to return
to standby mode.
The
T/P (T=TONE, P=PULSE)
selector on the underside of your
Image 350 base unit must also be
switched to the setting you have selected on the
display. This will ensure that calls can still be
made during power failure.
During use your Image 350 may tinkle bells in
other telephones sharing the same line. This is
not a fault and we suggest that you do not contact
the helpline.
