Sequence of Assembling
1) Put the new fuser unit into the printer. Be sure to insert the fuser unit completely
into the printer.
2) Secure the fuser unit with the two lock lever (FU) that are on both sides of the
fuser unit.

3) Move the fuser unit tension release levers to the set position.
4) Close the paper exit unit.
5) Turn the printer power switch back on.
6)
Confirm the normal printing operation by test printing after the warming-up
process.
7)
Press any of the MENU buttons (+, -, Set or Back) to take the printer off line.
8)
Press + or – until “RESET MENU” appears.
9)
Press Set to proceed to the next menu level, and then press + or – until “PARTS
LIFE” appears.
10)
Press Set, and then press + until “FUSER UNIT” appears.
11)
Press Set. The printer is now in the “READY” mode.
