Step 1.
The WAN IP Address obtained from ADSL has two kinds of methods. One is
fixed IP Address, while user applies for one or more fixed IP Addresses. Another
is dynamic IP Address while user applies for dial-up connection way.
Another is dynamic IP Address while user applies for dial-up connection way.
Step 2.
The LAN IP Address of User’s PC can be set as DHCP client in order to gain
a valid one.
Step 3.
Assign an IP address to each set using DHCP or fixed address.
Step 4.
Enable the IP Sharing function for each set using following command.
Fixed IP Address
usr/config$ ifaddr –ipsharing 1 210.11.22.33
Step 5.
Configure separate SIP port and RTP port for each set to prevent from port
conflict. For example, if set A uses the default settings (SIP port: 5060, RTP port:
16384), you must change set B’s setting to SIP port equal to 5061 and RTP port
equal to 26384 for instance.
Change SIP port – usr/config$sip –port 5061
Change RTP port– usr/config$sip –rtp 26384
Step 6.
Use the Port Forwarding or Port Redirection function provided by IP Sharing
device (Router). See following for example.
>Advanced setting > NAT setting > Port Redirection
