Setting the Trip Threshold of the two (2) Illuminators
External Operation: No synchronization cable is required, but the SENSITIVITY of the IR
illuminators must be adjusted fully clock-wise.
Dinion: The Dinion camera must be programmed the same no matter which mode of operation
is being used. Program the Dinion to respond to the change in state of the HSPS Day/Night
relay as follows:
1.
Press ON-801-ENTER on the keyboard to display the Dinion Install menu.
2.
Use the joystick to highlight the I/O menu, and then press FOCUS.
3.
Use the joystick to highlight the ALARM menu, and then press FOCUS.
4.
Move the joystick left to change ACTIVE to LOW.
5.
Highlight ACTION and change this to MONO.
6.
Highlight EXIT and then press FOCUS.
7.
Highlight EXIT again and press FOCUS.
8.
Highlight EXIT again and press FOCUS.

Load Default Configuration

Description

Illuminator 1 - The unit has been set at the factory, so adjustment
should not be required. If desired, adjust the sensitivity until the
desired night time switching level has been reached.

Illuminator 2 - Adjust the sensitivity to the full clock-wise position. The
unit will now be OFF when the telemetry input if OPEN (illuminator 1 if
OFF), and ON when the telemetry input is CLOSED (illuminator 1 ON).
