13.2.6
Exchanging hydraulic hose lines
Six years after the date of production, the hydraulic hose lines are to be
exchanged in general. On the hydraulic hose lines, the date of production is
always specified as quarter and year of construction
(e.g. 2Q 05 = 2nd quarter and year of construction 2005).
The hydraulic power unit is switched off and the mains plug is not connected.
Suitable cleaning cloths are available.
The hydraulic system must be depressurized.
Proceed as follows:
1.
Constant power unit (see chapter 7.4 P/T distributor with "circulation circuit")
Bring the switching lever of the ball valve into the horizontal position
"circulation operation".
The hose couplings P and T are connected with each other and thus, the
pending pressure in the hose lines is discharged.
2.
LS power unit (see chapter 7.5 "Load-sensing control block")
Bring the switching lever of the ball valve into the horizontal
"operating position".
Use a hose line to connect pump "P" and the tank "T".
Set the switching lever to the vertical position, "rest position".
The pending pressure in the hose lines is discharged.
To exchange the hose lines proceed as follows:
Loosen the hydraulic hose lines from the hydraulic connections.
Remove any leaking hydraulic oil by means of the cleaning cloths.
Use new hose lines, with hose couplings, if necessary.
Only use original spare parts.
Re-assemble the new hydraulic hose lines properly and observe the bending
radii of at least 100 mm.
Prerequisites
WARNING
Danger due to pressurized hose lines!
Risk of serious injury!
Before decoupling the hoses, always depressurize the hydraulic circuit (see
the following explanations).
