Hydraulics training system WS290 | RE 00225-B/2.15
Operation
10.1.2
Constant pressure system
After switch-on, bring the switching lever of the ball valve into vertical
operating position.
The system pressure may max. be 50 bar.
10.1.3
Load-sensing system
After switch-on, bring the switching lever of the ball valve into horizontal
operating position.
The system pressure depends on the LS pressure. Correct connection of the
LS signal is important.
Connect the LS signal to P1.
The maximum system pressure is 50 bar.
Connect the LS signal to LS from the mobile control block.
The system pressure depends on the load pressure and may lie between 15
and 60 bar.
10.2
Switch-off
With the constant pressure system, set the ball valve horizontally, to
circulation position.
With the load-sensing system, set the ball valve vertically, to rest position.
Switch off the "ON/OFF" switch at the 24 V power supply unit and pull the
connector out of the socket, if applicable.
Set the motor switch at the hydraulic power unit to "0".
Where required, e.g. when moving the WS290 or in the event of longer
standstill, disconnect the mains plug from the power supply.
The WS290 training system is switched off.
Also switch off the pump power unit, the power supply unit and the control box
–
when setting up/dismantling exercise installations to save energy and
–
to avoid the unexpected start-up of moving device functions, e.g. during test
and maintenance works.
