Set-up, installation and commissioning
1.
Normal condition
The condition of the hydraulic fluid is ok, normal color and without air bubbles
or turbidity.
Restore the initial condition (see following section "Completing the tests").

Bad condition
The condition of the hydraulic fluid is not ok; the oil is of dark color or there
is turbidity:
Operate the "OFF" switch at the power unit.
Exchange the hydraulic fluid before the commissioning.
3.
Foam formation
One possible cause for the foam formation may be that the filling level in the tank
is too low:
Interrupt the further operation.
Refill hydraulic fluid.
Repeat the switch-on after a waiting time (approx. 20 min.)
If there is still foam formation of the hydraulic fluid in the measuring glass:
Operate the "OFF" switch at the power unit.
Exchange the hydraulic fluid before the commissioning.
4.
Leaky
There is leakage in the suction range:
Interrupt the further operation.
Stop the hydraulic power unit.
Prevent the further operation of the WS290 training system.
Inform the Bosch Rexroth service.
Restoring the initial condition:
Bring the 3-way ball valve into "circulation operation" (= horizontal position;
see chapter 7.4 "P/T distributor with "circulation circuit").
Bring the 3-way ball valve at the LS control block in rest position
(= vertical position)
Switch off the pump using the "OFF" switch at the power unit.
The hydraulic fluid supply into the measuring glass is stopped.
Open the shut-off cock at the measuring glass.
The hydraulic fluid is discharged into the oil tank via the outflow hose line.
Decouple the hose line.
Store the hose line (e.g. in the installation container or the hose storage).
The hydraulic fluid is ok, the WS290 training system is ready for operation.
