CHAPTER 5: AT Commands, S-Registers, and Result Codes
Command: +MS=
Modulation
Selection
Values:
See description.
Defaults:
See description.
Description:
This extended-format command selects modulation,
enables or disables automode, and specifies the
highest downstream and upstream connection rates
using one to four subparameters.
The command syntax is
+MS=
[mod][,[automode][,[0][,[max_rate]
[,[0][,[max_rx_rate]]]]]]<CR>
Subparameters that are not entered retain their
current value. Commas separate optional
subparameters, and must be inserted to skip a
subparameter. Example: +MS=,0<CR> disables
automode and keeps all other settings at their
current values.
+MS=?
Reports supported options in the format (list of
supported mod values),(list of supported automode
values),(0),(list of supported max_rate
values),(0),(list of supported max_rx_rate values).
Example: +MS: (BELL103, V21, BELL212A, V22,
V22B, V23C, V32, V32B, V34, V90, V92), (0, 1), (0),
(0-33600), (0), (0-56000)
+MS?
Reports current options in the format mod,
automode, 0, max_rate, 0, max_rx_rate. Example:
+MS: V92, 1, 0, 31200, 0, 56000.
Subparameters
mod
Specifies the preferred modulation (automode
enabled) or modulation to use in originating or
answering a connection (automode disabled). The
default is V92.
