Cleaning & Maintenance
The MEGA-POINT is a grinding machine. On grinding machines, grinding dust occurs and can damage
moving parts after they have been in use for a long time.
For this reason, the machine must be cleaned
weekly
as described below.

Wipe off grinding dust

Use cleaning naphtha or similar cleaning agent to clean the machine

Remove screws 1

Remove bolts 2
When removing the feed ring, a pretensioned spring inside is released.

Remove feed ring 3
Spring is released
-
Remove entire unit
-
Remove compression spring 4
-
Remove screw 5
-
Clean all parts using oil
-
Dry all parts
Do not apply any grease to parts
Mount swivel arm in reverse sequence.
