MENU CODE 68 – REPORTED TEMPERATURE UNITS
Menu Code 68 is used to determine which temperature units the dispenser will use when reporting to the Modbus (PLC) interface. The
dispenser defaults to Celsius
regardless of what is displayed on the face of the dispenser.
0 –Fahrenheit
1 – (Default) Celsius
TO SELECT A DIFFERENT OPTION IN MENU CODE 68, FOLLOW THIS PROCED URE:
1.
Press the number

, then the [
MODE
]
button on the keypad. The PPM display
shows the dispenser is in Menu Code 61. If the dispenser has not been programmed
since it came from the factory, the number 1 appears in the main display. This is the
default setting as shown in
Figure 4.62
.
2.
To change the setting, use
0
or
1
button on the keypad to enter a new option.
Note:
If an error is made, press the correct number. The new number will replace the error.
3.
When the correct option number appears in the main display, press the [
ENTER
]
button to save the selection.
4.
Press the [
CANCEL
] button to exit this Menu Code.
MENU CODE 80 – CYCLE VALVES
NOTE: This mode is for testing purposes. Once the mode is canceled the valves will automatically close and return to
normal operation.
Menu Code 80 is used to manually trigger the valves in the upper cabinet.
VALVE OPTIONS:
0 = Off (All Valves Off)
1 = 1A (Side 1, Valve A) Activates Low Bank or Fill Valve A in a one-bank dispenser
2 = 1B (Side 1, Valve B) Activates the Mid Bank Valve or Fill Valve B in a one-bank dispenser
3 = 1C (Side 1, Valve C) Activates the High Bank Valve
4 = 1 ALL (Side 1, All Valves) Activates All Valves on side one
5 = 2A (Side 2, Valve A) Activates Low Bank or Fill Valve A in a one bank dispenser
6 = 2B (Side 2, Valve B) Activates the Mid Bank Valve or Fill Valve B in a one-bank dispenser
7 = 2C (Side 2, Valve C) Activates the High Bank Valve
8 = 2 ALL (Side 2, All Valves) Activates All Valves on side two
9 = Activates All Fill Valves and Access Valves (CNG 1-Sided,2-Hoses Only)
LIMIT SWITCH STATUSES (IF PRESENT):
C = Closed
O = Open
Blank = Neither Open or Closed
Dash = Both Open and Closed
Blank and Dash = There is an issue
TO TEST THE VALVE INTERFACE IN MENU CODE 80, FOLLOW THIS PRO CEDURE:

Press the number

] button on the keypad.

To perform the test valve, press

to turn on side 1 valve A then [
ENTER
]. The display
will now show which valve is actuated as shown in
Figure 4.63
.
3.
Once the valve turns on there should be a sound heard from the valve. This will indicate
that the valve is operating once the signal is sent from the CPU Board.
4.
To turn off side 1 valves, press

then [
ENTER
]
.
5.
Press the [
CANCEL
] button to exit this menu code.
