Microphone:
An external microphone is activated automatically when you use
the hands-free key
to switch on the loudspeaker. The exter-
nal microphone is used instead of the telephone’s built-in micro-
phone.
Recording:
You can start recording as soon as the handset has been lifted or
the loudspeaker switched on. To start recording, either use a func-
tion key or the menu item
5 Record
. Recording stops when the handset is replaced or the
loudspeaker switched off.
Note:
If your recording equipment does
not
support the audio
adapter’s start/stop signal, you will have to start and stop the
recording directly on the recording equipment itself. Activation via
the telephone is then no longer necessary.
