Example:
Individual exercises:
Partner exercises:
-
The “elephant” square is occupied by two figures
-
Player 1 has shown the elephant pantomime
-
Player 2 now has the possibility to imitate the sound of the
elephant, or to describe the elephant
The player can:
1.
Crawl on all fours across the room and arch his
back like a cat.
2.
Meow like a cat.
3.
Explain that the animal purrs, has claws and hunts mice,
without using the word “cat”.
b)
If the player lands on an “individual exercise” or “partner exercise” action square,
pantomime, imitation and explanation are not required. Now it becomes sporting
- now the shown exercise is copied alone (single exercise) or with any partner
(partner‘s exercise).
If a player lands on a square with a colour dot in his figure’s own colour, he can
pick a player to perform the task for him.
Sing any song and dance
to it.
Skipping on one leg
(three to five times)
Arch back (once)
Jumping jack (three to
five times)
Crabwalk (ten steps
forwards or backwards)
Knee bends (three to
five times)
Sit-up: Hold the feet of the
partner, who makes five
sit-ups. The children then
change places.
The children place a ball or
balloon between their heads
and take ten steps forwards
and ten steps backwards.
Hand barrow: Take five
steps forward, then change
places.
Sit on the ground, press toes
together and hold each
other‘s hands. Try to get up
together and form a “V”.
If the player lands on a cloverleaf he may move
forward two squares and perform the task.
After the task has been performed, it is the next player’s turn.
Several figures may occupy the same square, but the player who comes last to the
square is not allowed to perform the same action as the player who is already on
the square.
