Note:
The program is suitable for preparation of yogurt. The
temperature does not have to be set manually.
Stir 150 g of natural yogurt
from the refrigerator into
the milk.
Fill the yogurt preparation
into glasses or directly
into the cooking container.
Close the glasses.
Set the vessels onto the
steamer basket and close
the glass lid.
Boil 1 liter of milk and let it
cool to 40 °C.
Select the program and the
desired duration.
