6 - Maintenance

6.3.3.2 Electrical Guard

The electrical guard must be removed to access the Power Supply Boards, the
AC and DC Distribution Boards, and the MainTransformer.To remove the guard,
follow the steps below and refer to Figure 36.

Required Materials

Small Phillips Screwdriver

To Remove the Electrical

Guard

I R e m o v e the 2 small phillips screws from the top edge of the guard.

2 R e m o v e the small phillips screw from the lower rear edge of the guard.

3 L i f t the guard up as far as possible, then move it rearward away from the

instrument.

4 R e p l a c e the guard by reversing the above steps. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN

THE SCREWS WHEN REPLACING THE GUARD.
