Barco
Barco is the latest stereo technology, it uses high-quality color filtering technology.
Barco delivers superior stereo separation without ghosting, with full freedom of motion, independent of head tilt.
The Galaxy SXGA+ can be delivered with the
Passive
or the
Active
option.
Active (Optional)
The optional Active built-in technology allows to produce excellent stereoscopic images with a single projector.
As the incorporated Active capability can be switched ’On’ and ’Off’, this solution offers a high level of multi-functionality.
It can be used for applications where active stereo (without ) is preferred, or with the Active disabled, even to project
high brightness images in mono mode.
Passive (Optional)
The optional Passive built-in technology allows to produce excellent stereoscopic images with 2 projector.
As the incorporated Passive capability can be switched ’On’ and ’Off’, this solution offers a high level of multi-functionality.
It can be used for applications where active stereo (without ) is preferred, or with the Passive disabled, even to project
high brightness images in mono mode.
Depending on the option installed, the menu item STEREO will enable/disable the Passive
or the Active .

How to Activate ?
1. Push the cursor key ↑ or ↓ to highlight
Stereo.

Yes Active/Passive is enabled
No Active/passive is disabled
The following message will be displayed for approximately 30 seconds:
- When switching the ’On’ or ’Off’.
- When selecting a source file with the enabled.
- When starting up, or shutting down, a projector with a source file with the enabled. (menu 7-148)
