Removal of the interior of the combustion chamber
Note:
For chimney sweep work, only remove the heat shield, lower baffle and upper
baffle. Refer to steps 1, 2 and 3of this section.

Remove the heat shield. Refer to section

Remove the lower baffle. Refer to section

Remove the upper baffle. Refer to section

Remove the grate. Refer to section

Remove the cast iron rear panels. Refer to section

Remove the steel bottom plates. Refer to section

Remove the heat shield
1.
Open the door.
2.
Loosen the nut above the heat shield
with a 3 mm hexagonal key and a 10
mm fork spanner. Turn the nut down
with the fork spanner and turn the
screw up with the hexagonal key until
the screw is loose from the heat
shield.
3.
Push up the front of the heat shield
(1) and pull it forward (2) and move
downward to a vertical position (3).
