5.3 Clearance to flammable floor (under the appliance)
Put a non-flammable insulation plate with a minimum thickness of 3 cm under the
appliance. To avoid damage to this non-flammable plate, put ceramic or steel tiles
(approx. 10 x 10 cm) under the feet of the appliance.
5.4 Clearances to flammable ceiling
Note:
If a wooden beam is present above the appliance, make sure to protect it
against direct heat radiation. Make sure to put a non-flammable insulation
plate with a thickness of minimum 3 cm between the wooden beam and the
appliance. with an air gap of minimum 1 cm between the insulation plate and
the wooden beam.
