For FDD: All PRACH configuration indexes
corresponding to Format 0 are supported. Refer to
Table 5.7.1-2 of 36.211.
For TDD: All PRACH configuration indexes with a
configured subframe configuration corresponding to
Format 0 and Format 4 are supported. Refer to Table
5.7.1-4 of 36.211.
Capacity Parameters:
Max Ue Num
The maximum number of concurrent users.
Range: 1 to 32
maxCsgMembers
The maximum number of CSG members.
Range: 1 to 32
resourceReservedForExistingUsers Reserved UE resource
Range: 0 to 100
