In the eNB GUI go to LTE Setting > LTE Freq/Cell.

Neigh Cell List
, click on the
Add
icon
to add the neighboring LTE cells (up
to 32). The fields are shown in Figure 5-26 and described in Table 5-14. Click on
Save
after entering the information.
