Calibration
play the CALIBRATE PRESSURE screen.
“Measured” is the pressure value currently
being detected by the pressure sensor, while
“Applied” is a known value of pressure that
will be applied for calibration purposes.
4. With both the –∆P and +∆P ports open to
the atmosphere, observe that the current
Measured pressure readng should be 0
±0.01 nwc. If necessary, zero the pressure
sensor per Secton
4.6
, and repeatng Steps 2
thru 4.
5. Connect the hose from the manometer to
the +∆P port and apply a
negative
pressure
to ths port by adjustng the bellows for a
manometer readng of –4.00 ±2.00 nwc.
6. Use the and buttons to enter an
Appled value that exactly equals the
manometer readng.
The calibration range is from –6 to –2 inwc
(–15 to –5 mb). An attempt to calibrate outside this range will cause
the message “Bad Calibration Wrong CAL Entry” to appear in the fol-
lowing step.
7. Wat untl the Measured readng stablzes, and then press
ENT
to cal-
brate the pressure sensor’s Measured value to that of the Appled value;
after whch the message “Good Calbraton” should brefly appear fol-
lowed by the CALIBRATION LIST screen beng re-dsplayed.
8. Remove calbraton equpment.
