Operation
4.16 Printing Test Data
Combuston or pressure data that s currently beng dsplayed can be sent
to a prnter usng IrDA protocol as descrbed below.
Data that s stored n memory can also be prnted by frst dsplayng the
stored test data as descrbed n Sectons 4.13.1 & 4.13.2.
In addton to prntng combuston and pressure data, the contents of any
screen that shows the label “PRINT” above the
F1
button can be prnted.
For example, the nformaton shown n the DIAGNOSTIC screen can be
prnted.
1. Turn ON prnter. Refer to the prnter’s nstructon manual for detaled
operatng nformaton. If not already done, set up the prnter for:
• 8 bt
• No party
• 9600 baud
• IrDA s set to IrDA-SIR
• DTR handshakng
2. Algn the prnter wth the top of the analyzer as shown n Fgure 4-6.
3. Press the
PRINT (F1)
button to begn prntng.
The prntout shown n Fgure 4-6 shows typcal combuston-test re-
sults of an analyzer contanng O
2

that snce the CO
