Introduction
1.6 Front Panel Buttons
Descrptons of the front panel buttons are gven below. Note that a control
may perform multple functons as determned by what screen s beng
dsplayed at the tme.
The functons of these buttons are defned by labels ap-
pearng above them on the LCD. The labels that appear
depend on the functons that can be performed n the
partcular screen beng dsplayed.
PRINT (F1):
Transmts the data dsplayed on the screen
to a prnter through the IrDA communcatons port.
MENU (F2):
Dsplays the Man Menu.
SAVE (F3):
Saves the data currently dsplayed on the
LCD n memory. Up to 500 ndvdual Combuston Test
and Pressure records can be saved. After whch, the old-
est data wll be overwrtten.
ZERO (F2):
When vewng the Pressure screen, ths
button zeros the pressure sensor to current atmospherc
condtons.
PAGE– (F1):
When vewng the Memory or Loggng
Drectory, each press of ths button pages
down
through
the drectory. Holdng ths button down speeds up the
pagng process.
PAGE+ (F3):
When vewng the Memory or Loggng
Drectory, each press of ths button pages
up
through
the drectory. Holdng ths button down speeds up the
pagng process.
The arrow buttons move the cursor on the LCD n the d-
recton of the arrow. In screens that requre the entry of
alphanumercal data, use the buttons to move cursor
across the screen and then use the buttons to ncre-
ment and decrement the data. When vewng a menu, use
the buttons to quckly move to the top and bottom of
the menu.
