Using the Video Server

The AXIS 282/AXIS 282A can be used with most standard operating systems and browsers. 

The recommended browser is Internet Explorer with Windows, and Mozilla with other 

operating systems. See also the

Accessing the Video Server

1. Start your browser. 
2. Enter the IP address or 

host name of the AXIS 

282/AXIS 282A in the 

Location/Address 

field 

of your browser.

3. Enter the user name and password set by the administrator. 
4. A video image is displayed in your browser.
