Your system administrator can connect several telephones on your system to a 
partner group (

tells you what each partner is doing. You can set your telephone to sound a short 
tone whenever one of your partners receives a call (partner beep). You can also set 
up and, if required, delete several partner diversions just by pressing a few keys. To 
do this, the "Deputy key" function key must be set up.
