Customizing your telephone

Saving emergency numbers

You can save two emergency numbers which can be dialed even when your
telephone is locked.

Press the M

ENU

key.

Scroll to the

Settings

menu item.

Confirm selection.

Scroll to the

Security

menu item.

Confirm selection.

Scroll to the

Set emergency numbers

menu item.

Confirm selection.

Scroll to the desired

Emergency number

Confirm the entry and then enter the name and phone number.

Press the "Assign" softkey.

Press the key to which you want to assign the emergency number. You can

now see the function or number previously assigned to the key.

Confirm new key assignment by pressing the "Save" softkey.

•

Warning:

The emergency numbers must also be set up in your communication

server, otherwise they cannot be selected when the phone is locked!

•

If you press the function key to which the emergency number is assigned, your
telephone automatically switches to handsfree and dials the saved emergency
number.

•

When using the central lock in your communication server, the emergency
numbers defined there apply.
