To diagnose network connectivity: 

1. 

Click the 'Diagnostics' icon from the 'Advanced' screen in the Web-based 
Management; the 'Diagnostics' screen is displayed.

Under the screen section 'Ping (ICMP Echo)', enter the IP address or URL to be 
tested in the 'Destination' field.

Enter the number of pings you would like to perform.
