When Dual Link has been selected for the input channel, the phase difference
equivalent to +/-15 clock pulses between the LinkA signal and LinkB signal is 
absorbed. If the LinkB signals are not input or the phase difference cannot be 
fully absorbed, 

  PhaseError is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
