Keypad information
You can control the functions of your PBX using keypad information. For information please refer
to the user's guide of your PBX.
Entering keypad information in the card file
Keypad information is treated like a card file entry. Each entry must be preceded with the letter
”K”. All functions applicable to card file entries can be applied also to keypad information, e.g.
”search”, ”VIP”, ”cancel”, etc. (see Section: ”Setting up the card file”, Page 18).
Transmitting keypad information
Transmitting keypad information before dialling
If first the * or # key is pressed the keypad information is automatically transmitted to the PBX.
Transmitting keypad information in an existing connection
You can transmit keypad information also in an existing connection, either manually or from the
card file.
