Pre-selection allows you to verify the entered telephone number and to correct it, if necessary, befo-
re the connection is established.

Remove incorrect digits using the Delete key and re-enter them.

Dialling from the VIP directory
In your card file you can assign 16 entries to the VIP directory (see Section ”Setting up the card file”,
Page 18). These entries can be displayed also in the basic state (VIP display). You can dial VIP entries
by simply pressing a key without entering any menu.

After the Cursor key has been pressed:
The VIP display returns to the idle state if no further
key is pressed within 45 seconds.

The VIP directory remains continually on screen. The
idle display does not reappear until an unanswered call or a message arrives on the answering
machine.
