Sets the daylight saving time mode for the real-time clock.

0 Daylight saving time OFF
1 Daylight saving time ON; adds one hour to the standard
time.
2 AUTO daylight saving time; automatically adjusts the
time for USA standard daylight saving time (2:00 AM on
the first Sunday in April to 2:00 AM on the last Sunday
in October).
