9.15 Operating
mode
Depending on the treatment and control unit installed, you can decide whether to connect closure
of the section valves to closure of the control valve or make them independent.
•
“M” operating mode:
The section valves are closed or opened by operating the main valve, provided that the switch
for the section valves is suitably positioned; i.e. if the section switches are in the OFF position
(lever down), the sections will not be controlled by operating the main valve.
If one or more switches of the section valves are in the ON position (lever up), closing or opening
the main valve will also close or open the section valves.
•
“P” operating mode:
The section valves are controlled independently.
The opening or closing of the main valve does not affect the opening or closing of the section
valves.
