10.2.2 Keys and switches (Menu 190.1)
This menu checks the operation of the computer’s keys and switches.
• Enter the test functions using the access
procedure
1) Press in sequence to scroll through
the parameters in the test functions, and
select Menu 190.1
Keys test:
• Press the key whose operation you wish
to test: the code for the key in question will
display on the screen
Switches test:
• Move the switch whose operation you
wish to test up: the symbol for the switch
in question will display on the screen
• Move the switch down the symbol for the
switch in question will disappear from the
screen
Table 27 gives the keys and their codes as displayed on the screen:
The numbers assigned to the keys (F1, F2, etc.) have been given to facilitate com-
prehension but do not appear on the computer’s keypad itself.
