Chapter 5. Configure the chassis

2. Connect the serial port on the chassis to the host computer’s COM port.

Step 2. Establish communications and set the IP address

1. Start a communications program, such as HyperTerminal.

2. Establish a connection using the following parameters:

3. On the host keyboard, press the Enter key three times. The

4. Set the IP address by entering the following command:
