Ensure the thread is clamped firmly.

Adjust the L.H. spreader position.
L.H. spreader incorrectly installed.
Machine fails to cut the fabric.
Cutting lever fails to return.
Lubricate and adjust the pins.
Incorrect central pins setting.
Incorrect cutting pressure.
Faulty extension spring.
Replace the spring. 17.0026.3.013
Incorrect R.H. looper timing .
Adjust the needle to the looper timing.
Bent or scratched looper.
Replace the looper.
Damaged knife.
Tighten the screws.
Loose machine frame csrews.
Damaged cutting lever .
Replace cutting lever.
Repair or replace the block.
Tighten the screw.
Tighten the screw or replace the drive
member.
Drive member loose or damaged.
Uneven clamp feet pressure.
Increase the cutting pressure or replace
the tracing finger.
Rocker lever bearing screw loose.
Damaged cutting block.
Replace the knife.
Clamp foot to the needle entry point

Adjust the clerance.
