Incorrect cutting pressure.

Incorrect R.H. looper timing .
Adjust the needle to the looper timing.
Bent or scratched looper.
Replace the looper.
Damaged knife.
Tighten the screws.
Loose machine frame csrews.
Damaged cutting lever .
Replace cutting lever.
Repair or replace the block.
Tighten the screw.
Tighten the screw or replace the drive
member.
Drive member loose or damaged.
Uneven clamp feet pressure.
Increase the cutting pressure or replace
the tracing finger.
