Before you call the factory for technical support, run test gases and record the fol -
lowing values (you may be asked by the factory to provide this information when
receiving service):

Cell millivolts

Thermocouple millivolts

Cell temperature

Box temperature
See the “Display” section in the Controller / User Interface chapter for help on how
to display this information on your Series 2000 control unit.
If you need to return equipment, you will be asked to provide the following informa -
tion before obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Billing and shipping address

Model number

Serial number

Purchase order number

Telephone number
Before returning material, you must get an RMA number from the fac-
tory.
