measurements will be written to the file “\LOG\myDATA_005.csv”. The file names will
increment until the measurements stop or the FILE NUMBER reaches “999”.
When the MMC is read, there may be a significant number of files in the “LOG” folder
or directory that represent one “log session” which would be easier to examine with a
spreadsheet if combined into one file. A Microsoft
Excel
spreadsheet with a macro
program designed to combine and prepare these files for statistical analysis is available
on the spare MMC provided with the analyzer for your convenience.
TRANSFER ERRORS:
If the file name and number specified is identical to a file name on the MMC when you
push the EXPORT button, the system will prompt if you want to overwrite the existing
file in the “\DAT” folder or directory.
If the file name and number specified is identical to a file name on the MMC while
logging is enabled, the system will automatically overwrite the existing file in the
“\LOG” folder or directory.
In general, the calibration, verification, and buffer records in the “\DAT” folder or
directory will not be overwritten unless you affirm the action at the prompt. The process
log files in the “\LOG” folder or directory will be automatically overwritten if the file
name is the same.
If no MMC is installed or if the card is removed during logging, or if the export fails for
any reason, the system will warn that the export was not successful and will disable
logging. The analyzer will continue with automatic analysis if it is in “RUN” condition,
but logging to the card will be disabled.
If more than 1000 files are stored in a directory, the export of any new file will not be
successful and logging will be disabled.
6.17 Temperatures
Various temperatures are monitored and may be displayed by pressing the “Temperature”
button in the UTIL screen.
