6.5 LogOut
The password last entered will be active for the configured time after the end of any
(touch) activity. At the end of this time the password level will be reset to the lowest
level. If you do not wish a high level password to be active when you leave the analyzer,
press the LogOut button on the password screen to immediately reset the password to the
lowest level.
6.6 Configure Warning
The system will display a warning when monitored temperatures or the density are
outside set limits. The warning limits may be set in the UTIL screen by pressing the
Config Warn button. Access is allowed for Operator6 (Level 6) or higher password.
The temperature warning limits are all upper limits. The warning limit cannot be set
above the alarm limit. Each of the monitored temperatures and their respective alarm
limits are shown here:
Cabinet
< 45°C
X-ray Tube
< 50°C
Flow Cell
< 260°C
(Contact AMETEK if higher temperatures are expected)
The Density warning limit is a range below 0.6 and above 1.2 gm/cc. Note that the units
for the density range are always in gm/cc regardless of the units selected for display on
the Main Screen.
Two additional buttons on the Config Warn Screen are available to disable the warnings
for troubleshooting purposes:
All warnings may be disabled temporarily by pressing the toggle button next to the
Warnings
label so the box shows DISABLED. The warnings may be re-enabled by
pressing the button again so it shows ENABLED.
The
Low Density X-ray Disable
button will cause the X-rays to turn off when the
button is ENABLED and the density falls below the warning limit. The X-rays will
