remain ON if the density is between the lower and upper warning limit or the Low
Density X-ray Disable button is DISABLED.
All the warnings will default to ENABLED if the power is cycled.
The
Auto-Zoom button will cause the main screen to switch to a magnified display of
the sulfur and density results automatically when the Local/Remote switch is in the
Remote position. Press the button again to disable this feature. The default state for this
button after a power cycle is DISABLED.
6.7 Set PLC Clock
If the system has been off for more than 200 days or does not match the local time, the
PLC clock can be set from the UTIL screen by tapping the Set PLC CLK button. Access
is allowed for Operator6 (Level 6) or higher password.
To set the system clock:
1. Enter the correct Date and Time by clicking the buttons below the Date and Time display. Be
aware, the time is displayed as AM and PM, but the Hr data entry is in 24 hour format.
2. Once the correct Date and Time are entered, click the top row of buttons in the following order,
each button will blink black while the data is being transferred. Once the data has been
transferred the button will be solid and you can press the next button.
a. SyncTime
b. SyncDate
c. SetClock
d. XferToPLC
3. The Date and Time have now been set on the PLC.
4. Press the BACK button to return to the UTIL screen.
