service to order replacement capacitors, then follow these instructions:

turn off AC power switch at rear
AC power LED, panel are not lighted
use small blade to release handle caps
use Philips to remove 2 handle screws
remove handle; remove 2 screws
extract assembly from housing
with a 5mm hex wrench, remove 4
short screws securing capacitor tops
remove 4 long screws securing
capacitor pair bases
(water does not flow through caps, so tube
removal is not necessary)
remove 2 capacitors, copper base plate
apply thin coat of thermal paste to
mounting surfaces of new caps; assure
no paste between cap halves.
install new cap tops with short screws;
tighten
insert copper base plate, align with
screw holes in caps
use long screws to install new caps,
base plate; tighten
re-insert assembly into housing
replace, tighten 2 chassis screws
replace, secure handle; clip caps shut
restore AC power to power supply

select the new cap value
returns to Home zone
Capacitors are always installed, used and replaced
in equal pairs!
Never install
unequal cap values or operate your unit with only one cap installed.
