Setting Automatic Background
Texture/Colour Scroll
Turn on the Automatic Background Texture/colour
Scroll to automatically change background
texture/colours. The background texture/colour will
change each time the ignition key is turned off
and turned back on again (12 textures/colours).
Immediately after inputting titles or changing the
settings of Setup Mode or Display Mode (While
the system is inputting the titles or data
automatically) do not turn the ignition key (engine
key) to OFF.
Otherwise, the title may not be written, or the
settings may not be changed.

Press the SOURCE button.
The main menu appears on the display.

(DISPLAY) button to activate the
Display mode.
The Display mode screen appears.

Rotate the rotary encoder and select "AUTO
B.GND."
The Function Guide is displayed.

Press the

(ON) button to turn on the Auto
Background Texture/colour Scroll mode.
To turn off the Auto Background Texture/colour
Scroll mode, press the

(OFF) button.
The background textures/colours will scroll when
the ignition key is turned off once and turned
back on again as follows:

Switching Display Modes

Press and hold the V.SEL button for at least 2
seconds in the AUX or NAVI mode.
Each press changes the display modes as
follows:

MODE 1
→
MODE 2
→
MODE 3
→
MODE 4
(WIDE) (ZOOM) (CINEMA) (NORMAL)
In the Mode 1 (Wide), the monitor displays a
normal picture wider to fit in the wide-screen
monitor by evenly stretching out the picture
horizontally.
In the Mode 2 (Zoom), the monitor displays a
normal picture wider to fit in the wide-screen
monitor by unevenly stretching out. The centre
portion of the picture is stretched out only slightly
in order to make the important centre portion of
the picture look natural.
