Chinese instruction, the meaning of a function code can be displayed directly when the user doesn’t understand it.
The keypad is connected with the frequency inverters of 35R5GB and the above. As for the functions, it is
completely compatible with the LED keypad operation. The frequency inverter can be identified and displayed
automatically when connected to the keypad.
For the LCD keypad, the function of function parameter copying is added, which can make parameters of several
frequency parameters be set as the same. When several motors require the unified setting, only the parameters of one
motor have to be set, then be uploaded, and finally be downloaded in other frequency inverters. In this way,
parameters of all frequency inverters can be reserved the same, and repeated setting of parameters is also avoided.
During the parameter copying, all parameters are uploaded, but they can all be downloaded or just the non-motor
parameters are downloaded.
Notes:
To prevent repeated copying as PF.03 is not 0 during the parameter uploading and downloading, PF.03 is set as 0
during the parameter copying;
Parameter uploading and downloading should be done on the same series of frequency inverters. Otherwise,
downloading will fail.
A6.2.2 Display Steps
When the LCD keypad is powered (connected), the display will be blank, which will last for about 2s, as the keypad
judgment and display initiation will be done. After all are ready, the keypad will enter the stop state display interface,
after which operation of the LCD keypad can be carried out.
A6.2.3 Keypad Display State
Display states and switch manners of the LCD keypad are the same as those of the LED keypad, and what they mean
are also the same. Only the display content and manners differ. The specific display content of different display
states as well as the meanings &switch manners are showed in “3.1.4 Keypad Display State” of Chapter III. Below,
the specific content of different display states for the LCD keypad is described with figures.
The display states of keypad consist of the stop state parameter display, the operation state parameter display, the
fault alarm display state and the function code parameter edition state display, etc.
