Chapter 5 Detailed Function Introductions
122
Corresponding function
Functional description
24
Abnormality of analog
signal 1
When the signal level of the analog signal is less than the minimum value or
higher than the maximum value of the signal continuously for 500ms, the
terminal output is active
25
Abnormality of analog
signal 2
When the signal level of the analog signal is less than the minimum value or
higher than the maximum value of the signal continuously for 500ms, the
terminal output is active
26
STEP Steps of program
running
It indicates the number of steps of program running. For output content and
the corresponding number of steps of program running, please see Table
5-3-5 (reserves for 3004GB and below modes)
27
ERR fault alarm
Output signal and the corresponding failure are shown in Table 5-3-5
28
Cut-to-length arrival
Terminal output is active when the Cut-to-length reaches the set point
29
Sleeping
When the system is sleeping, the terminal output is active
30
Zero speed
When the output frequency is 0, the terminal output is active
31
Zero servo state
(reserve)
Reserve
32
Reverse control signal
(reserve)
Reserve
33
Actual direction of
rotation
When the inverter switches the direction, the output level signal is also
changed accordingly
34
Abnormality of analog
signal 3
When the signal level of the analog signal is less than the minimum value or
higher than the maximum value of the signal continuously for 500ms, the
terminal output is active
35
Underload detection
signal (ULP)
When the inverter is under load, the underload detection signal is active
Notes:
This series of inverters have 7 ways of digital outputs, the output terminals D0, Y1, Y2, Y3, relay 1, relay 2
are programmable multi-function terminals (there are only two ways of digital outputs for 3004GB and below
models, and the output terminal are D0 and relay 1). Users may select some control and monitoring signals
(shown in Table 5-3-3) based on their needs.
When selecting the collector output as the indication of number of steps of program running or fault
indication, content of function definitions must be the same, is 26 or 27 to make combination of D0, Y1, Y2
or combination of D0, Y1, Y2, Y3 active. (3004GB and below models have no such combination)
Indication of ERR fault types are shown in Table 5-3-5, STEP indication of number of steps of program
running is shown in Table 5-3-6.
