Chapter 5 Detailed Function Introductions
135
P5.34 PLC record clear
Setting range: 0.1 [0]
P5.35 Record of PLC steps
Setting range: 0~15 [0]
P5.36Operating time of this step
Setting range: 0.0~3600 [0.0]
Notes:
Record of PLC steps (P5.35) records the steps that the PLC currently operating at.
Operating time of this step (P5.36) records the operating time of the step that the PLC currently operating at.
When P5.34 is set to 1, clear stages of program running record P5.35, time when program runs through the
stage P5.36, the function code restores to 0 after clearing.
Tips:
You can start, pause, and reset of PLC operating by setting external terminal function, which is defined in
Group 3.
5.7 Cut-to-length Function and Wobble Frequency Operating (Group P6)
P6.00 Set length
Setting range: Max (0.000, -P6.06) ~65.53 m [0.000m]
P6.01 Actual length
Setting range: 0.000~65.53 m [0.000 m]
P6.02 Length multiplying factor
Setting range: 0.001~30.00 [1.000]
P6.03 Length correction factor
Setting range: 0.001~1.000 [1.000]
P6.04 Circumference of gauging spindle
Setting range: 0.01~100.0 cm [10.00 cm]
P6.05 Deceleration point
Setting range: 50~100 % [90%]
P6.06 Amount of deviation
Setting range: Max (-200.0, -P6.00) ~200.0 mm [0 mm]
Notes:
These function codes are used to implement Cut-to-length stop function.
The inverter inputs count pulse from terminals (35R5GB and above models: X5 or X6 is defined as function
81, or X5 is defined as 81, X6 is defined as 82; 3004GB and below models: X4 or X5 is defined as function
81, or X4 is defined as 81, X5 is defined as 82 ), the calculated length is obtained by measuring pulse number
per revolution (built-in PG: P2.44 / expanded PG: P2.42) and circumference (P6.04).
Calculated length = number of pulses counted ÷ number of pulses per revolution
×
circumference of gauging
spindle. The calculated length is corrected through length multiplying factor (P6. 02) and length correction
factor (P6.03), and then the actual length is obtained.
Actual length = calculated length
×
length multiplying factor ÷ length correction factor
The running frequency in Cut-to-length operation mode is set by P0.02, when the actual length (P6.01) is less
than and close to the set length (P6.00), the inverter will slow down automatically and run at the lower limit
frequency. When the actual length (P6.01) ≥ the set length (P6.00), the running frequency of the inverter is 0,
the inverter stops after the stop command is given (stop at stop mode). Before running again, the actual length
(P6.01) should be cleared, or the set length should be modified so that it is greater than the actual length,
otherwise the inverter cannot be started, as shown in Fig. 5-6-1.
