Chapter 5 Detailed Function Introductions
109
0: Null
1: Full
P2.41 expanded PG output frequency dividing ratio (reserve
for 3004GB and below models)
Setting range: 1
~
128 [1]
P2.42Extended PG pulse number per turn (reserve for
3004GB and below models)
Setting range: 1~9999 [1000]
P2.43 Extended PG direction setting (reserve for 3004GB
and below models)
Setting range: 0.1 [0]
P2.44 Built-in PG pulse number per turn
Setting range: 1
~
9999 [1000]
P2.45 Built-in PG direction setting
Setting range: 0. 1 [0]
0: A phase advance when foreward rotatio
1: B phase advance when foreward rotatio
P2.46 Speed measurement PG usage selection
Setting range: 0, 1 [0]
0: Use built-in PG
1: Use extended PG
Notes:
P2.41: Set perform how many times of frequency division to AB phase pulse input from pulse encoder,
Z-phase pulse will not have frequency division.
P2.42/P2.44: Set according to pulse number per revolution of the actually used pulse encoder.
P2.43/P2.45: When it is set to 0, phase A signal of PG card advances phase B signal of PG card, it is regarded
that the motor is in forward rotation; when it is set to 1, phase B signal of PG card advances phase A signal of
PG card, it is regarded that the motor is in reverse rotation. In closed-loop vector control mode, if the speed
cannot exceed 5HZ and the current is abnormal, this function code should be modified (modify P2.43 or
modify P2.45 when using extended PG).
P2.46: When it is set to 0, use the built-in PG; when it is set to 1, use extended PG.
P2.47 PG disconnection detection time (reserve)
Setting range: 0.0-10.0 [2.0s]
P2.48 PG disconnection operation selection (reserve)
Setting range: 0 ~ 3 [ 1]
0: Deceleration stopping
1: Free stopping
2: Abnormal stopping
3: Continue to run
Notes:
When the inverter is controlled with an encoder, P2.47 is used to define encoder signal disconnection
detection time. If the encoder is disconnected for longer than the time set by P2.47, then the inverter will
operate according to the operation defined by P2.48.
P2.49 PG deceleration teeth number 1
Setting range: 0
~
1000 [1]
P2.50 PG deceleration teeth number 2
Setting range: 0
~
1000 [1]
Notes:
When the encoder (PG) is not mounted directly on the motor shaft, the parameters is required to be set,
number of PG reduction teeth 1 is the same with the number of teeth of the driving wheel on the motor shaft
or the diameter; number of PG reduction teeth 2 is the same with the number of teeth of the driving wheel on
PG mounting shaft or the diameter.
5.4 I/O Terminal Ctrl (Group P3)
P3.00 Terminal function mode
Setting range: 0.1 [0]
0: Close valid
1: Open valid (Normally open and normally close are not
limited)
Notes:
Close valid: Signal is enabled if the control terminal and COM terminal are short-circuit;
