Setting the maximum length of Sametime conferences
If a user is a My Teamwork for IBM Lotus Sametime user, the maximum length of
conferences needs to be set on the Sametime Domino server to match what is set on the
ACS server. To limit the number of days a meeting can be scheduled in advance, the
following needs to be enabled in the notes.ini file. This example uses 10 days.

STScheduleLimitDays=10
This setting also applies to repeating meetings. Repeating meetings cannot be scheduled
past the number of days in this setting.
Note:
For the above parameters to take effect, the Sametime Domino server must be
restarted after the changes are made.
